Agreement
By using Fieldwork Systems, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.
The service
Fieldwork provides website, workflow, messaging, and integration tools. Features may change as the product develops. We do not guarantee that generated or suggested content is complete, accurate, or appropriate for every use.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your content, customer communications, approvals, and compliance obligations. Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unwanted communications. Review generated material before relying on it for a business, legal, financial, insurance, medical, or other regulated purpose.
Connected accounts
When you authorize a connection such as Calendly, you permit Fieldwork to use the approved permissions to provide that feature. You remain responsible for the connected account and may revoke access through the provider or by contacting us.
Availability and limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties. To the extent permitted by law, Fieldwork disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
